Hi - my name is Fabian Petrina.

I want to take I want to take a moment to introduce myself to you, so you can understand why I am so passionate about Baddies and Basement Beast.

I moved to America in High School…I was that skinny, insecure, and “weird” kid with glasses, which made me a target for bullies.

This eventually led to me getting jumped after school and coming home with a fractured eye socket and jaw.

Being young, insecure and "pushed in a corner" lead me to be angry...

...I wanted transform...

..to look like those tough guys on TV that no one picks on..

I tried going to the gym, but had no idea what to do or who to ask for help..

The one thing I had was a burning desire to change my physique.

Let’s fast forward 8 years…

....and hundreds of hours of trial and error, research, training sessions, seminars, etc…

I gained the knowledge to transform my stubborn physique to build up a body that allowed me to have a career in fitness.

I got sponsored by some of the top names in the industry, got features in fitness magazines, and competed in physique competitions all over the world.

I got what I thought I wanted, but still felt empty.

I carried around the pain of “old me” every day and the facade of trophies and magazine ads didn’t do much to resolve it.

There was one thing that did: training clients and watching the smile on their faces as, for the first time in their lives, they SAW RESULTS.

Those moments are what I lived for… what made me happy…and what allowed me to work through my past.

In late 2019, my business partner approached me with an idea: “let’s build an online program so you can share your training methods with more people”

Rapid Physique was born.

Why am I telling you all this?

Well…

I want you to know that I am real.

I want to let you know that I understand.

I want you to know that I care deeply about everyone of the 50,000+ Baddies and Beasts.

Mostly, I want you to know that THIS IS MY PASSION.

I hope you give me the opportunity to share it with you.
